How did "Flying Above the Clouds®" get started?

Trainer Donna Honold says "I kept seeing...in all kinds of businesses... a lack of accountability, both personally and corporately. And that's what led me to develop "Flying."

The original model for "Flying" was created back in 2005. As Donna used her model, she realized it was useful for not only a tool to grow personal accountability in the workplace. It also proved valuable for peer acountability; a supportive workplace is a powerful force in any business setting.

Additionally, "Flying" has proven itself an effective coaching tool for one-on-one applications. Donna knows how positive it can be for true problem solving.

Donna says, "When employees start asking themselves 'How do I make this (situation) better,' everyone benefits from a more positive and more productive place to be. "
